How We Process Your Data

This section supplements our general Privacy Policy, which applies to all processing of personal data by Campfire Security ApS.

The purpose of processing your data is to conduct a virtual qualification.

Campfire Security ApS processes the following general personal data about you (pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation):

  • Name/Alias
  • Email address

By registering for the virtual qualification, you:

  • Consent to participating in the virtual qualification contest.
  • Consent to us sending questionnaires for evaluation purposes.

Campfire Security ApS uses Hetzner as the hosting provider for this website. Hetzner is a company headquartered in Germany. Campfire Security ApS uses European servers, meaning your data will not be transferred to a country outside the EU and EEA.

We store your personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose of obtaining your consent and in accordance with applicable legislation. After this, we delete your personal data. The data will be deleted no later than the end of 2025.

When we process your data, you have several rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. This means, among other things, that you have the right to data deletion and data portability. In certain cases, you have the right to access, rectification, restriction, and to object to our processing of the personal data in question.

We must, and will, always comply with the rules. If you believe we are not fulfilling our responsibilities or are not processing your data in accordance with the regulations, you can file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency at dt@datatilsynet.dk.
